Frequently Asked Questions

All our products are handcrafted by Indian craftsmen. Variations are an inherent part of the hand making process, and are hallmarks of skilled craftsmanship rather than flaws and should be considered as such.
The time it will take your order to reach you depends on whether or not it is pre-ordered, the mode of payment and your location. We dispatch items from Monday to Saturday and it shouldn’t take more than 10 days for any delivery.

Depending on location, this is how long it should ideally take for Pan-India deliveries.

Within Delhi/NCR: 1 to 2 working days for the courier to be delivered
Metro Cities: 3 to 4 working days for the courier to be delivered
Non-metros and interiors: 5 to 10 working days for the courier to be delivered.

Some products are on pre-order so please expect a short delay in the dispatch of these products. The relevant product page will have these details mentioned.
Shipping within India is free for all orders. We use only standard delivery service (8-9 days). For any expedited shipping service, customer has to pay as per the applicable charges.
We try our best to dispatch all products in one shipment for your convenience. In case you have ordered a pre-order product the whole order will be dispatched when all the pieces are available. If you wish for us to dispatch some items early please contact us at sales@strawberrycollective.com. Sometimes we may dispatch a single order in multiple shipments to ensure that the product reaches you safely.
We have a number of payment methods. Choose the one that is most convenient for you.

A. Online payment via credit or debit we accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards.

B. Cash on delivery (COD): You can make the payment once the product reaches you. However, this service is available only at certain pin codes within India. Additional conveyance charges of Rs 100/- would be charged for COD deliveries.
